How do I add a tenant in FortiPanel?
Introduction
With MSP / Multi-Tenant in FortiPanel, you can manage multiple environments from one central dashboard. In this article, we explain how to add a new tenant.
Add a new environment
- Log in to FortiPanel.
- On your dashboard, go to MSP / Multi-Tenant.
- Click Add environment.
- Check whether you still have an available license.
- If you have an available license, you can go through the wizard and configure the new tenant.
- If you no longer have an available license, you can request a new license through the wizard.
Request a license
If you do not have an available license, you can submit a request through FortiPanel.
After submitting the request, it will be reviewed. The review takes up to 24 hours. Once your request has been approved, you can add and configure the new tenant.
You can request multiple licenses and use them to manage multiple tenants.
After approval
Once the license has been approved, go back to MSP / Multi-Tenant and add the tenant.
Then follow the steps in the wizard to fully configure the environment.
Note: A license request must be approved before you can add the corresponding tenant.
